### 每一節課的扣分 Point deduction for each period of class. 👇

(Bussiness)事假 **扣 0.1 分**
(No absence) 缺曠 **扣 0.5分**
(Haid) 生理假 **沒有扣分**

### Important Information
If you have many unexcused absences, quickly request class absence through the system.

Only your Homeroom Teacher can give you Max 5 Points

Given for good behavior in class, please maintain your conduct, do not sleep in class, and dress formal when attending class. The teacher is always watching, stay alert!

一節課 (yī jié kè): Refers to one period or one class session. Usually, it represents one segment of a lesson, such as one lesson hour.
一堂課 (yī táng kè): Refers to a full class session or one complete lesson, which may consist of several periods (節課). On campus, 一堂課 usually consists of 2-3 periods (節課).

## B. How to request class absence through the system

學務申請作業 -> 學生請假作業

進入請假作業

選請假日期，選從幾號到幾號—>學生請假
Select the leave date, choose from which date to which date → Student leave request.


🟥 1. 選假別 Select leave type
🩵 2. 請假原因 fill leave reason
🟣 3. Tap🫵🏼 the box for Choose the number of period
###### 🟦Blue box mean there's official class in that time
###### ◻️Grey box mean no official class
⬜️ 4. 上傳附件 Summit the proof, except 事假 no need to fill prove
⚫️ 4. 決定送出 After filling in the required information, submit the leave form online.

Notes: for leave more then four days, need official leace paper, can't request absence from system, for other information go 生輔組 Student Affairs
