# CWL Free Your Mind English Class

## Class Introduction

我們的課程設計主要是想要朝 三個方向 努力 ~~~
- 討論英文與快樂的關係是什麼?
- 將學英文跟內心結合,上課形式可以不段地重新設計
- 讓孩子一起參與課程設計與規劃
可以在課堂上說 「你很討厭英文」\「你覺得學英文沒有用」\「我未來到底要做什麼」,只要是內心有的聲音,全部都可以是拿來課堂上討論的!
==顆程規劃==
**老師的部分**
會規劃出一個進度及內容設計,主要是「閱讀文本」與「影音討論」
**學生的部分**
剩下的會由學生自行討論就他們的生活中、興趣、需要學習的,去進行安排,老師會在一旁協助設計與規劃~

### Childhood story

Actually, our hearts are filled with incomprehension towards the world, systems, or things we see and hear. There are many feelings inside us that are suitable for writing, and there are many stories from our childhood that are worth recording. Let me tell you my story, and you can tell me yours. Let's communicate and discuss together~.
我們內心其實充滿了對這個世界、制度、或看到聽到的事物無法理解,內心有很多感覺適合書寫,童年有很多故事值得紀錄。讓你説説你的故事,我說說我的。溝通溝通討論討論~

>I remember when I was young, I took a plane for the first time to go abroad. It was on EVA Air, I remember. I was very excited. It was a very dark night, and it was raining outside. My mom was taking me and my younger sister to meet my dad in the United States. I loved the feeling of going abroad, but I always felt scared every time I took a plane. I vaguely remember my mom sitting between me and my sister, and my palms were constantly sweating, and I was super wet. I always felt like the plane might crash or get struck by lightning, or something terrible might happen, like what I saw in the news... it was a scary feeling.
>When the plane took off, I closed my eyes and shouted, "Aunt Jiumei, Aunt Aihua, Uncle Miao, Grandma, Grandpa, Maternal Grandma, Maternal Grandpa, Bye-bye!" XDDD.
>>記得小的時候,我第一次出國搭飛機,是長榮航空,我記得。我覺得很興奮,那是一個很黑很黑的夜晚,外面下著小雨,媽媽準備帶著我跟妹妹一起去美國跟爸爸會合,我很喜歡出國的感覺,但是我每次搭飛機的時候都會很害怕。依稀記得媽媽那時候左在我跟我和妹妹的中間,我的收一直在冒冷汗,超級超級濕,我總覺得會墜機,被雷電打到啦,或是像新聞一樣...就是很恐怖的感覺...飛機起飛了,我閉著眼鏡大喊:「菊妹阿姨 愛華阿姨 苗叔叔 奶奶 爺爺 姥姥 姥爺 拜拜!」XDDD

### Movie watching
==Intro==
During each class, we normally will allocate 20 minutes for watching a movie. The movies we watch are chosen based on the course content and the children's interests.
After each movie, we will select certain characters' decision making and emotions status to discuss with the children.
We will read the movie script together, using open questions to understand the situations and feelings of the main characters.
我們每次上課會安排20分鐘的電影欣賞,主要觀賞的電影會按照課程內容與小朋友的興趣進行安排。在每一部電影結束後,我們會把一些角色的抉擇點與感受挑出來與小朋友一起討論,一起去讀電影片段的台詞,透過開放式問題去理解主角所遇到的狀況與內心的感受~

### Song analysis
==Intro==
Our hearts are actually very easy to resonate with music. We listen to music, sing songs, and analyze lyrics together in class. We discuss how we feel when we hear a certain song.
我們的內心其實很容易跟歌曲產生共鳴,我們會一起在課堂上聽歌、唱歌、分析歌詞,一起討論自己聽到這首歌的感覺 ^^
