# Personal Script Section ### Opening ~~Id like to start this with saying something along the lines of I am really sad that I am in a possition where I am even having to have this converstation as I really love my job here at alitspeed but due to certain cercumstanses out of my control I have found it nessisary to meet about some concers I have~~ I want to start by offering some a massive thank you to you both for creating an amazing environment and company culture where I get to learn and grow as a not only a technician but as an individual as well. Honestly this is the first Job I have ever had where I am able to be so invested into our mission where I feel it is worth it and important to have this conversation. ### Why I wanted to meet with you today Mention Something about the January Raise based on 3% inflation numbers and compare to new researched statistics. Followed by mentioning something about the other 6% based on performance and how that is still relevant based on following details listed below.... ### Personal Budget Considerations I try to keep my budget very tight and do my best to keep frivolous spending at a minimum and get by with the bare minimum. Examples of this being living in a very cost economical apartment of about 400sq ft at about $500, lowest cost option for ISP package $29.99, ETC... That being said there is not many areas I can cut from my budget to save extra each month other then food ### Value Provided to Altispeed Techenolgies ### The Ask. $21/h ### Feedback I would love to hear your feed back as well into where your concerns with my performance lie and what things I can work on to become more effective and valuable on the behalf of Altispeed technologies. If we are not in a place where this is a reality what steps can we take as a company allow room for these adjustments and how can I assist in those areas.
