安裝ChatGPT桌面版

ChatGPT是由OpenAI開發的一個人工智慧聊天機器人程式，目前官方只釋出網頁版，沒有專門的下載版本，然而，GitHub已經有大神將其製作成應用程式，能讓我們在桌面開啟，很是方便。
