- How to promote artwork fairly on platform?

- is there an incentivisation take here as well?
- If a KO artist does the curation - incentives them by allowing a selection of their own works along side it
- Random selection algorithums
- press the button / pull the lever and see what comes out
- Try to avoid overly algorithmic selection based on money as the main driver
- Curation is key
- Dont be affraid of biasedness - thats the point of curation, to give opinions

- mentorship for newbies on the scene - lots of experience on KO which are will to help out
- Is the first step to open a discord channel for mentorship?

- What if artists and collectors had a direct say in the platform itself?
- Voting rights
- ability defer my vote to someone I trust
- Community ownership
- Tokenisations, DAOs, revenue share options all possible in the future
- Public road map where voting can happen

- Contests & creative challenges
- Ensure they are done properly with the right incentives for all involed - there aint no such thing a free lunch
- More regular CV / DCL events

- Discoverability, filters and loading times
- secondary market discoverable is a problem

- Create mentors channel on Discord
- Select willing partipcants and give them a mentor role who can moderate that specific channel
- Experimental - different approachs, new tools - dont be afraid - KO has the space to be inovative
- Let the community, artists and specalist curate the content
