Hey there, I'm kira. These are my Week 5 Updates.

I've very little updates on the ePBS side of things. I've sent a poll for collaborating with mentors and other fellows on the scope of the project.
Terence provided a starting point [here](https://github.com/prysmaticlabs/prysm/pull/14222). Same pattern for mocking will be used here as it was used in the `validate_blob.go`. Scope for the project is still a little bit unclear.

On the custom p2p implementation, connected with other devs on call gauged the scope and different components that could be potentially divided among the fellows.
We started drafting a shared proposal and will most probably be ready by next week. Additionally we are presenting the project tomorrow. Distributed some initial todos among fellows.

### For Week 6 some of the tasks would be:

- Have a well scoped idea and project for ePBS and possibly write the complete project proposal so that it can be reviewed by mentors.
- Submit the custom libp2p implementation project.
- Go through the consensus spec for [p2p](https://github.com/ethereum/consensus-specs/blob/dev/specs/phase0/p2p-interface.md).
- Connect with other fellows and discuss the learnings and findings.
