- Align with sponsors’ goals and integrate their tools meaningfully—judges value real impact.
- Study past winners, focusing on how they combined components. (analyze recent winning projects to get a sense of what judges tend to favor)

You're not allow to commit before hackathon, but you can familiar with all the components you're going to use beforehand!

Hackmd to co-edit the product vision and feature (can assist by GPT, but initial human input is needed)

Copy to Cursor and ask agent to generate a comprehensive PRD based on it with TODO format to keep track everything

- All the frontend is done by Cursor
(I do vibe coding, basically 出一張嘴) - but I love wispr flow + Cursor (pls give it a try)
