# Contributor Buddy System 🤝

Purpose: gives us a better idea of what each contributor is doing, and seeing how we can support each other, get to know your peers more

## Monthly Rotation

* Friday – Meet with Buddy
* Tuesday – Ops Sync -> Summarize your buddy meeting (see below)

## Buddy Meeting

1) Ask each other: What did you work on this week?
2) Demo the work that you're doing to your buddy
3) 1 question or comment or critique

## Notes
- Kris: select time to meet instead of just Fridays
- Kris: What are our goals with this?
- If it's to be more interactive -> we could work on different projects in pairs
- Jure: Feels like a forced culture-building thing,
- If we work on specific things instead of randomly pairing people
- Benefits are good, but wish there was a more natural way to accomplish these goals
- Nestor: idea -> a bot for playing music and try to hang out more in the coding cave
