## Abstract
In recent year, Radio Frequency Fingerprint (RFF) identification has been the topic of many researches, particularly based on Deep Learning classification. RFF is a unique signature created by electromagnetic distortions of the different radio frequency hardware components in the device. This signature is contained in the signal and may be used as a secure identifier because it can not be easily spoofed. In the first part of the presentation we propose to use Tangled Program Graph (TPG) for RFF identification and compare the performance as DL classification. TPG is a new machine learning technique based on genetic evolution which are less complex than DL. TPGs are also used to discuss on the limites and bias of current databases. In a second part we proposes to explore environmental bias in the RFF identification with a virtual database generator. The virtual database generator allow exploration of database design.
