* Teetering on the edge of defecting to the Court of Mirrors. ICly, she's not sure that she hasn't.
* Capable of some degree of prognostication.
* High investment in Specchio, which means she has unique and potent abilities, but is even more psychologically unstable than she would be otherwise.

* _Tends to be **really fucking cagey** about certain issues._

## Circus

### Important Facts
* Run by the Carrum Brothers.
* Paid to come to Blackwell, likely for some form of 'supernatural cleanup'.
* This is a front for a supernatural auction, which occurs after dark.
* Only around for a couple of weeks, total.
* **LOADS** of rich people; entry is invitation-only, and most come masked. (*At this point, Angelina/Starlight might not.*)

* They're there on behalf of the Limen Foundation.

* Owns *a lot* of the city.
* Finances don't square up.

* This is a cover-up - an excuse to turn the slums upside-down in an attempt to find some form of artifact.
