若無法播放或是黑畫面可能是直播尚未開始，請嘗試重開 VLC 播放器，並重複 3 ~ 4 步驟重新輸入連結播放
方法一（快速方法）
- 點選 這個連結 下載 ZIP 壓縮擋
- 右鍵壓縮擋選擇『解壓縮全部』
- 點擊解壓縮

- 點選 這個連結 下載 VLC Windows版
- 安裝 VLC (一直點擊下一步即可)
- 點擊右上角『媒體』並選擇『開啟網路串流』
