1. Understand what the requirements want
2. Having clear organized information about every action taken -> diagrams, etc.
3. Take tasks out of MVP if necessary / prevent scope-creeping (what can be remove, what can we review?)
4. Set the communications very clear
5. Not mixing personal issues with work
6. Making himself available for problem solving. If he doesn't have the answer, ask and investigate until he finds it.
7. Make sure everyone agrees with timelines
