# Weekly report guideline
To export the individual work logs faster and based on the contextual reports. We use Jira's advanced filter search and then export it to Google Sheets. With the searched result, you are able to share the list with teammates, track, and list unique situations for each ticket.
## 01. Setup project

> If your team already create one. Please skip this step
- Create Project
- Search the project to access
- Create the team workflow.
| Types | Description |
| ----------- | ------------------- |
| **Backlog** | Requirement tickets |
| **Todo** | Planning tickets |
| **In Progress** | Doing tickects |
| **Done** | Done tickets |
| **Pending** | Stop doing tickects |

**Usage:**
> [!NOTE] Generate more hashtags in case.
> Depend on context, team consider more what hashtags should be tricks for each case.
To use In progress section more flexible. We use hashtags to input the situation for it:
- **Variant 1:** 1st In prorgess
- Team working on it and review and get it done
- **Variant 2:** 2nd In progress
- Done tickets get back to In Progress for some reason. We input hashtags: `#waitingforfeedback`
- **Variant 3:** 3rd In Progress
- Done tickets go back to In Progress for some reason, this time we start it as a new circle. We input hashtags `#reopen`

Example for ticket in progress within label `#waitingforfeedback`
## 02. Advanced issuse search
Click on Fillters tab:

This is a powerful tool to allow us find tickects based on the context.

**Usage:**
- Track todo list
- Track teammate todo list
- Save searched for context
**How to use:**
- Select the project workspace
- Select Type tickets
- Select Status of tickets
- Select who be assigneed
- More such as: Flagged, Label...

Note: Unchecked mean select all.
When you happy with searched result. Click Save as
### Share fillter searched
Click button share, copy link to clipboard or email the user that want to share.

## 03. Export to Gsheet

To export ticket into the google sheet. Click on the icon Gsheet.

In case you're not allow Jira export to Gsheet, check Extensions tab, select the Jira Clound for Sheets tab, Allow Access.
**Result:**

All the tickets will be exported to the GSheet list. Naming file following the syntax:
> [Month]-[Your Name]
> Eg: TH8-T.Minh
## 04. Create the visualized Report

Click below right Explore. GSheet will automaticly generate chart. Drag the analysis into the sheet. You can edit chart style, data...

You can even embed links into other platforms. By Publish chart (Image shows menu action above). Copy the embed link then paste it into other platforms (eg. Confluence)

## 05. Organize your report file
For own the report, we recommend using Workspace section in Google Drive. Follow setup below then add you report weekly file into it.
