1. 去 [Staging 後台](https://admin.btse.co/) 的 `Settlements`
2. 在 `Deposit - Fiat(Bank Transfer)` 找到自己的那筆資料按 `Review` > `Submit`
3. 接著還要去 `Approvals`， 選擇日期，再 `approve`


4. 就可以回到 [Staging 網站](https://staging.btse.co/en/home) `wallet` 看到入帳

**狀況： user 不知道被平倉為何前會不見**

1.查 Kibana (Future*)
2.請有後台權限的人(Jerry)幫忙看使用著的交易紀錄，Jerry 會傳 `0_FUTURES_report.csv`
3.開 TOP 單來記錄問題與處理過程(比較私密的細節)
4.如果感覺平倉有問題的話在 Slack`top-core-discussion`再問 Castiello

* `order_type`: `1003` = 被強制平倉
* 只有被平倉的有 `liquidation_id`
* 被平倉的 `liquidation_price` 數值非零
* 上面的的 `transaction_time` 是 `UTC+0`
