Metatheory [官網](https://metatheory.gg/contact) Metatheory是由Twitch共同創辦人Kevin Lin於2021年創立的區塊鏈遊戲公司，其標榜一個[全遠端工作](https://jobs.lever.co/Metatheory/)的區塊鏈公司，並已推出首波P2M(Play to Mint，意旨遊玩後才能購買一級市場的遊戲NFT，用以防止大量非玩家機器人投機者)[「破曉者」](https://mobile.twitter.com/duskbreakers)元宇宙系列遊戲，且已販售兩波[遊戲相關NFT](https://opensea.io/collection/duskbreakers)。 目前破曉者系列已推出試驗型遊戲Beast Battler及射擊型遊戲[Twilight Shift](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FSaLr4c5InQ&t)，並預計於接下來推出孵化型遊戲Gribble。所有系列遊戲遊玩時皆無須購買NFT，但NFT持有者能夠在遊戲中獲得特別的遊戲道具及體驗。 Metatheory於2022年05月完成以2400百萬美元完成[A輪融資](https://cointelegraph.com/news/twitch-co-founder-raises-24m-for-web3-gaming-firm-metatheory)，此輪融資由A16Z領投，並有FTX、Pantera Capital等知名區塊鏈風險投資公司參與。 ### 2. [Kevin Lin(林士斌)](https://www.linkedin.com/in/kevinlin3/) Kevin Lin 畢業於耶魯大學生態與演化生物學系。 於2008年加入直播平台Justin.TV並擔任營運長角色，因發現觀看直播的觀眾多為遊戲玩家，故Justin.TV與Kevin Lin於2011年成立Twitch並由其出任營運長。 Twitch以9.7億美元的價格在2014年被[Amazon收購](https://www.businessinsider.com/amazon-buys-twitch-2014-8)。因其創業佳績，在2018年攬才專法相關法案通過後，Kevin Lin成為前幾位由台灣政府延攬回台領取就業金卡的矽谷創業家。之後，Kevin Lin於2020年在Medium寫下[To the Twitch Community(致我的Twitch社群)](https://vinlin.medium.com/to-the-twitch-community-70e8e43764a4)後正式離開了Twitch，並於2021年末[宣布](https://vinlin.medium.com/new-project-metatheory-inc-d5434767d46f)成立區塊鏈遊戲公司Metatheory。 ### 3. 補充資料 1.
