Hello

I was a bit busy on other tasks lasts week. So couldn't dedicate good time on the development. But I have attended the PQ interops meeting. And also I neneded some input from the ream team to work on the issue that I picked which took sometime since the team is mostly occupied with the Devnet 0 deliverables.

And yesterday I see that the issue I picked was assigned to someone else. Well, I didn't get the issue assigned to me before starting to work. So shouldn't be pointing fingers. So I started working on another issue and made a PR today. Here is my [PR](https://github.com/ReamLabs/ream/pull/762) on the `eth/v1/beacon/poo/proposer_slashings`.

The [PR](https://github.com/ReamLabs/ream/pull/725) that I submitted the week before is merged successfully without much changes needed.

For now, I will continue working on other beacon endpoints and then shift to the validator endpoints.
