Last week I was a bit occupied with some other personal work. So couldn't dedicate that much time.

I have asked Kolby to assign me some issues on the API endpoints. And I have started with the syncCommitteeSubmissions endpoint.

While going through the Beacon API swagger docs. I discovered a new technology called `Distributed Validator Technology` and started exploring that as part of the process along with the Sync Committees. I will start working on the APIs one after other this week.

### Next Steps:
- Exploring on the Sync Committee APIs since the ream client doesn't have DVT (skipping that)
- Start development
