# Data Storytelling Challenge
Welcome to our Data Storytelling Challenge!
This challenge aims to assess your ability to analyze and communicate insights from a real-world dataset.
We will provide you with a CSV file containing information about workers and their employment details. Your task is to explore the data, derive meaningful insights, and present them in a compelling data story.
We will review your presentation during the next interview.
**Dataset Description:**
- `work_period_id`: The primary key for the table, indicating the different work periods of a worker
- `worker_id`: A unique identifier for each worker
- `worker_name`: Name of the worker
- `company_id`: A unique identifier for each company
- `company_name`: The name of the company the worker was employed by
- `country`: The country where the work was performed
- `job_function`: The type of activity performed by the worker
- `hiring_start_date`: The start date of the hiring process
- `work_start_date`: The start date of the work period
- `work_end_date`: The end date of the work period
- `cancellation_date`: The date when the worker's contract was terminated (voluntary or involuntary)
- `total_gross`: The total amount paid to the worker for the work performed
## Your Challenge
Your task is to analyze the provided dataset and create a brief presentation with a maximum of 6 slides. In your presentation, you should address the following four questions:
1. Which country has the fastest hiring process? (Assume that the hiring process ended when the work period started)
2. Perform a wage analysis assuming workers worked 8 hours per day. Identify the top 5 companies that pay the highest rates and the top 5 companies that pay the lowest rates.
3. Identify the company with the highest churn rate. Additionally, provide an analysis of how the yearly churn rate per country has evolved over time.
- The churn rate is defined as the number of churned workers divided by the number of active workers in the same period.
4. Based on your previous responses, recommend 3 companies where our company should consider doubling our investment.
