* RG Josh facilitate meeting with Ben/Sergio/Laura to discuss Sergio's background and make tweaks with UI/theming in mind
* RG Josh find RG member with ERC-721 expertise to consult with Bill on grazing contract
* Derrek/0xJosh & Raid Guild finalize $SPORK transaction fee priority (V0 or V1)
* If transaction fee is in V0, Bill to review escrow/architecture

JD: side by side with Sergio vs Ben’s - like Sergio

JP: when create shirts, use mountain themes. Fits

DC: Only feedback - mountains at top, behind information. Maybe make table more opaque/darker. Better - second option would be drop shadow on text. 10-20˚. Maybe make text bigger?

JD: Appreciates the realistic Milky Way on top, but likes the cartoon vibe on second

Jeff: Agrees, thinks vibe fits more

JP: On ETHDenver shirts have cartoon + realistic. Sergio’s the wizard, so work with him

JD: Ultimately, up to y’all, though I think we should add more grass

DC: how to correspond with Sergio? Swap, Buff's up on foreground. Sergio - bottom 60% is blue. Level feedback

JD: We'll book a meeting

JD - bring home from pasture, swap time - need to rectify

DC: RG ping, no one acts

JP: need to be crisp on who’s expected to give input. Timelines

DC: from his perspective, this not in his lane, 0xJosh's

JP: is he lead? Think RACI model - is it Josh? Problem, not on inside - not getting feedback you need from customer

DC: not just that, a good chunk of pieces are not “in house” to RG - Josh can communicate more readily with Christina but SporkDAO is different

JP: no clarity on who’s doing coding. Bill started with expectation that Isaac would work

BW: - Isaac started got busy. If person on RG familiar with ERC-721 received, Bill’s an hour away (need 0.5h of time). Need ERC-721 receiver since he’s burned time on it

JP: Is Isaac retained on this?

BW: when talked, thought it would be more volunteer basis. On sc side - hasn’t had time to do as much as he thought. If RG has a resource to spend 0.5-1h.

JP: cut Isaac out at this point, use RG. What else not getting?

JD: architecture -

BW: happy to check it out and be another set of eyes. Ultimate implementation should live with RG -

JP: is that in scope of work? His thought was going to be done

JD: It's not in scope, but Mano likes you guys, did escrow on his own

BW: were going to leave transaction fee v1

BW: thought it would be v1 - main net fee for locking up would be a lot.

JD: can push to v1

DC: devil’s in details, could be some community treasury. That spork collecting - hasn’t been thought through to community

DC: getting people to have the spork is another layer

BW: when planning it, was going to do it in pretty agile way. If staking buff/swapping traits - grazing/traitswapping, want to know if extra cost of adding features was worth it. Mano has written contracts and started it. Delivery - cool factor, is being able to trait swap. Everything else is ancillary - extra features. His vote, get trait swapping 100% right/done before doing spork fees. Nice to have - great to figure out mechanisms, create spork utilities. But want to make sure people create trait swapper

JP: always of opinion he wants everything. Not familiar with project except high level of what to achieve . Hearing bill say let’s get on track. But a lot under hood - can’t comment on. Question: PMing this, he’s saying the SC stuff is a few hrs from time to get time. If that’s the case, should be able to get fees mechanism right?

Bill: for core traitswapping - assuming we can do traitswapping done.
Then for adding the fees to v0.5.

JD: ~4 weeks to v0, ~8 weeks to v1. May or may not include community fee

BW: reiterate. Will we have time for marketplace?

JD: Yes. What're we doing for testing?

BW: Definitely test on testnet with dummy NFTs. Isaac - when asking RG member to sync on NFTs. Has good test contract code, good test coverage in place. Want to test on testnet. Grazing is pretty simple. Some complexity - can stake multiple at a time, want to test extensively and leave time for QA. From test perspective - do testnet test. Also smoke test in prod - volunteer buff to go grazing.
