SporkDAO Board Concerns:
-macro being we promise to deliver this product and so it will be shipped
-don’t have data they were looking for - market research, worst/best case scenario
-thought it’d be cool if more money would be made
Some POC projects - but unsure if anyone’s done it well

DC: Big thing - NFT tethered to event. So data we pull from this - let’s say number of days staked, category where someone has made 100 swaps - pull quantifiable data - beneficial to Sporkdao/ethdenver,
Rewards for stats - weeklong king of the hill, poap

Something as framework for v0 - v1 can be gamifiable and engaging

DC: way of reflection so far, wasn’t our job to pull data. Would’ve been nice to have justification layer. Question - how would we do that? Total volume * creator royalty

JL: 2.5% creator royalty, 320 total volume - 8 eth this past year. Get 8 eth current. Question - how much will trait swapping change? Maybe floor price goes up/down 10%. Create best/worst case revenue projection model

Even if low confidence - could be worth doing

CK: sometimes pretending you know helps choose which market to target

DC: can of worms convo opened - we’re talking about a specific part of BBB. Then John ranted about spork price/ecosystem. Within context of what’s had for NFT set?

DC: feels relevant because this is a multiphase project. Already clear that between end of V1, and any level of V2. Are we trying to clone opensea and create a marketplace?

JD: we can always wait after the v0 to research. See what’s up. Run product by Ethdenver - need to get more buy-in

DC: feels alive for V0 - don’t have a confident answer for V0. Who’s the user? What buy-in? Keeps thinking that 80% or more of users are. Given where we’re going - along development path, should build in intentional UX surveys - ask people how it's going. Charging 100 spork vs none. These kinds of things - can sense

JD: should lean more on SporkDAO for game theory aspect.

JD: thoughts on community subgraph?

DC: Review:
Two subgraphs (1 is extremely copy paste) - great beginner experience. Might by completely wrong
Grazing contract subgraph - maybe if v complicated defi thing. If rapidly changing, shallow data structure. Seems like exactly the kind of place to learn it. If it’s such a complete shitshow - 1) will attempt to figure out sooner rather than later 2) community is smarter, if/when get stuck - someone will help

Will be transparent. If doesn’t ship on time- will avoid. Let's do it

JD: get it, will trust and adapt as needed

JL: want to make sure BBB to StBBB is not an arb opportunity

JD: what’re some risks to prepare for?

DC: nonzero chance that people may not be able to pay in spork - so maybe it’d be Eth. Be ready for changing currency

JL: make sure function says graze. Get creative with contract for labels

DC: important - fact that metadata is in AWS bucket and not onchain. Doesn’t know whether painpoint. Technical level - some on chain, some off chain. Naming that for UX reasons - for people’s ideological concerns. “How does

JD: think people are understanding, we can always change later - do a big data port on-chain

DC: of course, their’s trust - artist based not, they’d rug. V1 is superset - not wasting time in v0. But don’t know what v2 is. Beginning to mock that at cursory level so there’s not a bunch of wasted time?

JL: sunflower land - kind of want to style eventual. outside scope of this, inside scope of greater project. Have items on polygon. System where you deposit items into address in their game. Functionally - how can the items be NFT’d? Equipped/unequipped? Don’t need to reinvent the wheel, but if don’t want royalties

DC: technically challenged, buff no longer has it. Popped off. Haven’t even answered - are we committed to max number of each trait that exists? Or can people create new rare seed phrase? Impacts on rarity economy? Can of worms worth diving into

JD: bear trait swapping project. Can meet with SporkDAO team midway through v0 - talk buff roadmap, talk journey, have some sense of NFT traits
