### Design

BW: - think rather than having a chron job (time-based limit), should have a cancel button.
Also - join swap should be under “swappee”.

Damu - maybe add animation of when swap is active? Some

BA: definitely animation for crucial moments. Hard in click model

Bill - update some user stories/acceptance requirements match what ben works on.

JD: can help if needed.

BW finished stories, would be nice to have some help with details from the business/product side.

BW: can you see which traits are part of swaps?

Damu: made comments in Airtable. Maybe use EIP-721 to have user see what’s signing

SM: for this use case, user signs random message (for authentication). Only grabs address from signer

DM: would be nice to have it say the traits to swap on what the user is signing

BW: only other thing, will likely get away from swap expiry period and go to cancel swap. Only change.

SM: so user can fail to cancel swap?

BW: if user confirms that they own the buff


SM: what happens if user doesn’t realize the swap is queued?

BW: don’t think we want to limit to 24h, people will notice.

Damu: only thing is if make sure traits are correct

Damu: need another endpoint on api to make swap cancellable by any owner

Likes being able to mix prospector language

BW/JL - language is confusing

CK: JP said he wanted more prospector, but hard to understand

BW: understands now, maybe 10% less prospector. Likes first sentence. Could be southerner bias, but hates using y’all, maybe remove a thar

CK: important, want people to be comfortable to engage

JL: likes the direction, agrees with thar being a little weird. Can be prospector-y without throwing out grammar rules. Change to “There”

CK: bufficorn bonanza, alright?

BW: sounds appropriate

JD: lore itself?

CK: intention with lore, when going in to swap bufficorn. Celebrating diversity with bufficorn - get that engagement, how to craft

### Roadmap

JD: Ben/Mano will wrap up their pieces this week, then we'll be done with Milestone #1. We will be discussing internally and re-scope Milestone #2 as we completed some requirements in Milestone #1. We should be able to complete Milestone #2 within three weeks, and about a week for testing.

BW: sounds good

JD: alpha testing - want full launch with articles and whatnot?

JL: one article

BW: maybe trying to make it feel exclusive. Do we have a list of bufficorn holders?

JL: usually uses v3 whale chat. Maybe bufficorn ventures people. Maybe a discord lottery. 100 too many?

JD: maybe?

BW: test with handful intially, but Alpha test with 100 or so.

JL: raffle off first swap. Could be fun

BW: for tracking and stuff. Have heatmap software/see any pain points, confusing points. Little privacy policy. Once he chooses Opolis one, can probably let us know

Daniel - were pings in discord around traitswapping. Also, q for Saimano - rarity tier?

JD: rarity in v1. But issue with positioning

BW: as we do v0, should do surveys with regard to intention
