# Show more details for declined leads in the PromoKit Inbox ## User story As a member, I want to see the reason why I declined a lead, rather than a more generic "You are unavailable" message, so I can understand at a glance why the opportunity didn't work for me. ## Issue description Currently, all declined leads appear as `[You are unavailable](https://gyazo.com/ec244573d4b728a252c757c30674f87e)` in the Inbox. It is shown as `You are unavailable` regardless of the reason why the member declined -- reasons of which include: - I’m not a good fit for the services requested - I’m not available during the time requested - This gig is too far to travel - Other Based on user feedback passed along by @megan-frisbee, at least one member would like to see the reason for declines being made more clear in their Inbox status section -- `Not a good fit`, `Too far to travel`, etc. I can see this being a possibly-simple benefit for more users. Alternatively, if the above is not easy to get going as-is, or we feel it's better UX to standardize to one message here, we may turn the `You are unavailable` copy into something more generic. Something like `You have declined`, `You are not interested`, etc. #### Primary criteria: - [ ] 1. Mirrors the reason for the decline in the status section of the PromoKit inbox, **or** - [ ] 2. Modifies the current verbiage to be less reflective of availability and more reflective of general disinterest in the lead ## Watchers @heroonan @soundslocke @megan-frisbee ## Potential assignees Matt, Mark B, Brian, Kory ## Reviewers @soundslocke
