# KickOff-workshop
## The Lightning Decision Jam
We'll be kicking off the Mobile Design Guidelines research phase with a remote, synchronous workshop.
The purpose of this is essentially getting all the ideas out there, prioritising them and giving a shape or focus to the ensuing research. To do that we'll be putting all the ideas we come up with through a process to validate them.
## The workspace

### 1. Write down all of the problems you think there is with IPFS/P2P on mobile in private (5 minutes)

### 2. Read out the problems (2 minutes each)
### 3. Vote on whatever everyone thinks is important to solve (3 minutes, 3 dots each)

### 4. Arrange and Prioritise (30 seconds)

### 5. Rewrite top voted problems into to "How Might We" format (5 minutes)

### 6. Produce solutions or areas to investigate in private (5 minutes)

### 7. Move them to a shared space and vote (5 minutes, 3 dots each)
### 8. Prioritise research areas and potential solutions (30 seconds)

### 9. Decide on the easiest task with the highest payoff AKA Effort/Impact matrix (10 minutes)

### 10. Turn solutions into actionable (steps) areas to investigate
