--- tags: mobile-design-guidelines --- # KickOff-workshop ## The Lightning Decision Jam We'll be kicking off the Mobile Design Guidelines research phase with a remote, synchronous workshop. The purpose of this is essentially getting all the ideas out there, prioritising them and giving a shape or focus to the ensuing research. To do that we'll be putting all the ideas we come up with through a process to validate them. ## The workspace ![](https://www.dropbox.com/s/fsrn8u2k9lj1z5r/LDJ-workspace.png?dl=1) ### 1. Write down all of the problems you think there is with IPFS/P2P on mobile in private (5 minutes) ![](https://www.dropbox.com/s/wdbx51tv288vg53/LDJ-step1.png?dl=1) ### 2. Read out the problems (2 minutes each) ### 3. Vote on whatever everyone thinks is important to solve (3 minutes, 3 dots each) ![](https://www.dropbox.com/s/27odambztbt9562/LDJ-step3.png?dl=1) ### 4.
