1. Take up and frame policy guidelines for CODD-K and publish in RIO
2. Register CODD-K as early as possible
3. Sreekanth to take up sub-domains videos.coddk.org
4. Prepare and submit a project considering potential areas for exploring.

### About PLEASE Project
Performance Linked Enhacement of Academic Studies and Endeavour. Under this scheme, faculty can apply for funding for a research project/ lab. The proposal should include components for equipment , building if needed, internship, possible MoU with a University. It will be given only to faculty with 2 articles in peer reviewed journals in last 3 years or those who have already brought research funding of at least 10% of the project cost. Tentative budget of Rs 5 crores for each faculty/ Dept.
