# Regular group meeting

## Rules
- Bi-weekly. Presenter will prepare 45min talk without consideration of Q&A time
- Presenter will use English to present. Also participants should try to ask questions in English
- All graduates are required to participate unless you ask for leave
- Topic should be your own research, even you work as a team, you can present everything from your team
- Presenter will be decided and circulation in seasonal
-- If you feel nothing to present, you can ask @youngik for help
-- Nobody will skip the turn, but agree to swap if two people agreed (notify to @jianliang )
-- spring semester -> summer break -> fall semester -> winter break
- Presenter should prepare a short abstract and send to @jianliang at least one day before the meeting
- New members joining the lab do not need to present until he or she is ready. @youngik will make a decision when the student is ready to present by discussion.
