#
Proposal to make the hive-193635 account self-sustaining

In the first place, it is a strategy to attract people who could generate content and voluntarily allocate the funds from their contests and publications to the community account.
##
justification
Currently we are able to see that the community account has no weight at the time of healing, voting or making a contribution, to grow a community account the work is not easy and less when we do not have the support of those who make it up, although the administrators , moderators and collaborators make a valuable effort to make the account grow, it is very difficult to achieve it if the voluntary support of the active members of the community is not obtained. The common strategies have been those that have allowed the community to grow considerably quickly, but even so, it is not possible to achieve enough for the account to have the necessary power to give contributions that allow the self-sustainability of the community, that is, that we can generate the income so that the account can heal the members who live in it, and that the contributions are considerable. ###
Scope
The proposal is formulated with the aim of being able to attract a considerable mass of people who will voluntarily invest in the community, their investment is its content, its publications and its contests. ####
Proposal
It is clear that the administrators, moderators and collaborators are recognized by the members of the community and not only by the communities related to the objects of the community they represent but also by the great curators and administrators of the platform. The proposal is to create a post for the purpose of the contest, simply one more contest, but the difference of this contest compared to those we commonly see in all communities is exclusively that the income that could be generated goes to the community. Why this contest cannot and should not be created by an administrator, moderator and / or direct collaborator of the Steem Venezuela community? Because we would be falling into a direct conflict of interest, specifically what we know as charging and giving the change. That is why I suggest this work strategy. #####
Phases.
1- a trusted member creates a contest. 2- The contest guidelines are established. 3- The prizes are established 4- Declare that the income from the publication of the contest goes to the community account. But how do we achieve that it is a trusted member, create a concussion and allocate the resources that could be obtained to the community account? All members of the communities want to grow, achieve SP, be cured, be taken into account by the communities, collaborate and have their rewards. There is also a thick mass of members who in addition to this want to do contests, but it turns out that there are 2 fundamental rules: 1. only admins and moderators can post contests 2. The resources of the contest prizes must be covered by the one who wishes to carry out the contest Starting from these 2 premises, we choose a trusted member, new to the platform and sponsor a contest, which will logically be pinned in the community, this will arouse concerns, since the other members will begin to wonder how it is possible that that member could do a contest and I do not, surely they will think that there is favoritism, and they will enter the discord to establish the claim, the answer to this is simple, we will only say that the member who is doing the contest voluntarily stated that he wants to grow, wants to achieve followers, wants to be publicized and proposed to donate his rewards to the community account if we allow him to run a contest
