## How do I download the data from a table or visualisation?

This video will demonstrate how to download data files from the CoPEd home page or the CoPED Metabase platform.
Starting from the CoPED home page, if we are interested in downloading the data from one of the existing visualizations, shown here, we can scroll our cursor over the visualization we want and a download button will appear in the top right hand corner.
So say we're interested in downloading the DNL region projects - we click Download Full Results and choose our desired file type.
I'll choose the CSV.
You can see here then that it's downloading onto my computer.

Now, if we want to get data from the Data and Analysis portal, this will require us to be logged in.
As you can see here, I'm logged into my account, so let's go to the home page.
Now, if we want to choose some data to download here, maybe we choose the Base Views.
And if we're interested in, say, Project Funds, this will show the table of all of the information from the project funds.
In the bottom right hand corner, you can see the familiar button for Downloading Full Results.
Similarly, we click this and choose our file type.
And here you can see that the Project Funds has downloaded to my computer.
