General Turing & TPS

RAM

  • Create presentation for RAM team on a focus area of your choice from your prior work
  • Read EDT white paper and review notes on Digital Twins
  • Work with Jen to set up a RAM TRIC Working Group

DCE

  • Read about the DCE programme
  • Meet with DCE Programme Director Adam Sobey
  • Meet with DCE Research Project Manager Katy Henderson
  • Meet with DCE PDRAs (e.g. Domenic Di Francesco, Rebecca Ward, Lawrence Bull)
  • Meet with TRIC members (e.g. David W & Keith W)
  • Meet with DCE Partnerships lead - Mark Saunders
  • Review DCE 6-12 month plan
  • Share input on DCE 6-12 month plan

DCE RAM

  • Create DCE programme stakeholder map using this RAM template
  • Case study: create example RAM action plan for OpenLIMB
  • Draft plan for engaging DCE stakeholders by the end of March 2023 (e.g. Turing researchers, Turing leadership, industry partners, government partners)
  • Work with DCE programme director to shortlist 3-5 projects of focus within the first year
