## Program information
* All the NTU’s admissions start from 9/29, end at 10/7
* The only way to upload the recommendation letter is that after I fill your contact email (may be you can comment at here or direct message me), **the system will send a mail to that address, the mail contains the upload website**, and you can upload the letters to it.
