# Do not lose your free LARYNX tokens by claiming them monthly!
LARYNX is the mining token from the SPK network, currently being distributed via 2nd layer chain (operated via [HoneyComb](https://github.com/disregardfiat/honeycomb) technology, derivated from DLUX side-chain code). Tokens are assigned to all HIVE accounts, monthly, relative to their Hive Power on Jan 6th 2022.

Although, for one to be entitled to get those tokens, a broadcast action is required for the entitled amount to revert into your control.

# How can you claim them?
Anyone can effectively broadcast these requests, directly to the HIVE chain and have their tokens claimed. Although, majority of users don't know how to do this and require an easier alternative (UI aka web interface) that builds this broadcast structure for the user to be able to claim and visualize the state of the tokens.

For the purpose, one can use https://vue.dlux.io for example. We will show you a step by step guide below on how can you do this. Note, that before you should already have installed [Hive Keychain](https://hive-keychain.com/) in your browser of choice, and have the accounts imported into it (you will need the active key for this).

# Claiming LARYNX tokens via https://vue.dlux.io (Step-by-Step Guide)

3. Press the "Claim" button and confirm the broadcast:
4. Validate the tokens are in your control:

Note: After step 3, it might take a few seconds for the page to update, or if it does not update, you can refresh (F5 key) the page manually, but take into consideration that the side-chain needs to first validate your broadcast.

# And you are all done!
The snapshot distribution of LARYNX tokens runs on the first day of each month, so you only need to do this once every month, per each account you have (if you have more than one).
