### Backend Prior Changes 1. Admin will have access to: * adding/removing employee, * assigning/removing brokers to/from employees. (multiple at once) * update the `type of broker` # Onground Team App It will have two main tabs: `Homepage` and `Feed`. And one centre floating button for `tracking meetings`. Homepage - Organization wise, Inactive List of Brokers - Each broker with inactive reasons - **Possible reasons of inactivity for Resale/Both (in priority order)** 1. Uninstalled 2. Pending matches, (if greater than 2 days of login after receiving match) 3. Not posted in last 7 days 4. Unread X story (if greater than 24hr of broadcast) - **Possible reasons of inactivity for NP (in priority order)** - Unread X story (if greater than 24hr of broadcast) - **Filters** - Inactive brokers (default) - Unread brokers (Not contacted in last 3 days) - All brokers within organization - **Employee Management (ACL)** - There will be max. of 2 on ground team members/locality initially. And that would be brought down to 1 each locality. - Ops Team Hierarchy, something like this: National -> City head -> Zonal head -> Regional head -> Onground member - **Search**: Search brokers in my list(assigned to me) using `phone`, `name` or `org name` - Showing dedicated page of broker with his activity history. Activity would contain: - Call logs - Notes - Issue Statuses - Meetings - View OTP of broker using phone_number while installing a broker. - **Snooze broker** (mark temporarily inactive) would take them at the bottom of list - *(in different card type)* - *Admin*: Mark as management admin (Snoozed for 30 days). *Applicable only to active org and admin member.* - Sorting of snoozed brokers will be in following order: 1. Inactive broker 2. Snoozed broker 3. Within organization also this order will follow. - **Remove Broker**: for ones `Not able to convince`. (Removed from the list). Action Need verification by his reporting head. - Onground team will have access to mark the **Type of broker**(`Only NP`) for the ones they are assigned. - Capture location of each employee. ## 2. Feed - All happenings in and around the company (Image/Video/Article) as internal employees' news for motivation and boost-up. - Star Performer of the month - Photos with the leadership team - Sales numbers/stats etc. etc. - New Features - **Feeds will be created on Panel by admin** ## Push Notifications - In next version.
