# Direct notification from Agent Flow to LALE

## Problem
* Agent Flow wants to have direct notification to LALE users.

## Proposed Solution
1. It's a bad decision when we do this directly through Sygnal.

*Because Sygnal only send notification, without any message.*

When the user open LALE app, they will confuse because, there is notification but no message.

2. So better to do this through Matrix message.

Agent Flow sends message to member via Matrix Message, then it automatically send a notification to lale users.

3. Create API in LALEPLUS.
This API has a feature to send message from company LALE ID to Company member LALE ID.

But We need to a setup first,
* **The API need all the LALE ID COMPANY**
* **The API need a mapping between LALE ID and Agent Flow Member ID**
