### Context

The following are hypothetical networks, all organized on a proposed experimental $NANA Juicebox protocol fork, running as Revnets across EVM chains.

The work around which their networks revolve vary widely, but they each run their revenues, investments, and incentives with similar guarentees.

Their implementation on $NANA using a Revnet is meant to streamline their organizational and legal operations and expectations, and to make them more accessible to investors and customers.

The people behind all these networks have not yet been consulted – despite firm language throughout the doc, these are all hypothetical _what if_'s. Their desire to operate their project primarily through Revnets on $NANA is not certain and not required, these Revnets can stand besides other forms of operations and even be fan-led without builder consent. Broad alignment will be important though, the lack of legitimacy or planned revenue from builders may diminish an investor's confidence when choosing to support a network.

This document is just as much an invitation to the builders of some of our known and beloved communities to dip their toe into the Bananapus experiment alongside.

Two questions to think about while browsing through: how much of your money would you stick in any of these networks and why? how do you feel about helping to build up these networks?

# Bananapus Juicebox Network

## Purpose

Bananapus is a way for networks of token holders (JB projects) to relate across chains and forks. Organizational money rails, modeled as tentacles.

It will be deployed as an experimental V4 Juicebox Protocol with the following considerations:

- Juicebox V3 fork, fully aligned with $JBX.
- On ETH, OP, ARBITRUM, BASE, and any other EVMs, alongside all relevant testnets, as $NANA, $opNANA, $arbNANA, $baNANA, etc.
- Native staking-based bridge, called tentacles, enabling projects to cross pollinate with others between chains and forks, including V3 ones.
- Multiple funding cycles can be queued in advance.
- “Funding cycle” => “ruleset”, and other name changes.
- Remove functionality that hasn’t proved useful (feegauge, ballotRedemptionRate).
- Bring 721Delegate and BuybackDelegate from the get-go.
- Projects will have the option to accept and store funds in ETH, DAI, USDC right away, and increasingly more over time.
- Runs entirely through sites like Revnet and Bananapus. Prove itself to make it worth JBM's time.
- Small nits throughout.

## Revenue Model

- A 2.5% protocol fee will go to ProjectId #1 ($NANA), which will operate as a Revnet.
- $NANA will allocate a 20% boost to dao.jbx.eth (multisig) to operate for 3 years, with 28 day generations, a 2.5% entry curve, and a 10% exit curve. The boost should be at-least-in-part distributed to $NANA stakers.
- A pre-mint of $NANA commensurate to the $JBX total supply will be minted and distributed to current $JBX holders, and initial issuance will be 100,000 $NANA to 1 $ETH.
- $opNANA, and all other EVM deployments, will also operate as a Revnet with similar parameters. Its boost should be distributed at-least-in-part to mainnet $NANA stakers via a $NANA:OP tentacle, and also to $opNANA stakers.

# Revnet Research Network

## Purpose

Revnets are a special configuration of Juicebox project that apply [retailism](https://jango.eth.limo/9E01E72C-6028-48B7-AD04-F25393307132/), meaning they are forever automated with 4 basic properties: a premint, an entry curve, an exit curve, and a boost period. Together they form a productive and predictable place for decentralized networks of builders, users, and investors to point revenues, investments, and growth incentives.

This project will be deployed as a project on $NANA rails as a Revnet to:

- Promote Retailistic productivity through Revnets and educating folks on how they can participate in these networks.
- Create a dashboard where builders, investors, and users of Revnets can have clarity on the state of their money, and unobscured access to each network's entry and exit functions.
- Consult for projects to which JuiceboxDAO has already granted funds regarding how they can tighten their treasury to give investors, builders, and users stronger guarantees around aligned incentives and legal clarity. This work will be expanded to include recruitment of other budding projects and products that would benefit from network-enabled growth, and helping to operate their Revnets.
- Research and prototype means for traditional dollar-based banked businesses to leverage onchain Revnets for growing their networks.

## Revenue Model

- $REV will itself operate as a Revnet, and will service neighboring Revnets such as those listed in this document, as well as others created or consulted from its platform.
- $REV will allocate a 20% boost to revnet.eth (multisig) to operate for 2 years, with 28 day generations, a 2.5% entry curve, and a 10% exit curve. The boost should at-least-in-part be distributed to $REV stakers.

# Defifa Gaming Network

## Purpose

Defifa is a special configuration of Juicebox project that is in essence a game. People mint from a preset number of teams, and then the teams decide how the game's total pot will be split by agreeing on a scorecard. A socially agreed upon rubric is proposed from the start -- i.e 60% of the total will go to those who minted the winner of the next world cup, 30% to second place, 10% to third, etc -- but the actual spread is a function of the players themselves agreeing on the what happened, nothing else. The Defifa Gaming Network is a Revnet that tries to auto incentivize improvements and propegation of Defifa games.

This project will be deployed as a project on $NANA rails as a Revnet to:

- Develop and grow a platform for playing self-refereed prediction games.

## Revenue Model

- $DGN will operate as a Revnet, and will take a 2.5% fee from games played on the platform.

## Purpose

Croptop sites are self-serve personal websites accessible from .eth addresses, with content feeds and revenue streams baked in. No wallet or credit card needed, just native app. The Croptop Publishing Network is a Revnet that tries to auto incentivize propegation of content published on Croptop websites. Juicebox projects can give the Croptop contract permission to post NFTs to their collections on their behalf, through which posters can add mintable content if and only if they meet certain criteria the admin sets (price, total supply, allowlist).

This project will be deployed as a project on $NANA rails as a Revnet to:

- Develop and grow a peer-to-peer publishing platform with built in revenue streams and content feeds.

## Revenue Model

## Purpose

The Peel community of artisans designs, builds, supports, and hosts commercial access points to the Juicebox ecosystem of projects, including the cononical juicebox.money. Inso doing, it advocates for consumer experiences, including those of project owners, project participants, and ecosystem client developers.

- Maintain the juicebox.money site with useful project landing pages that give a general sense of what's going on, what the risks are, and how to get involved both as a participant and as an admin.
- Distribute useful shared tools, like subgraphs and sdk's, that make spinning up new fine-tuned end-to-end commercial-grade experiments easy.
- Help tell project's stories outside of their project page through curated and algorithmic explore surfaces and personalized sites.

# Breadfruit Onchain, LLC

## Purpose

Breadfruit produces projects operating on the Juicebox protocol and the open crypto internet.

This project will be deployed as a project on $NANA rails as a Revnet to:

- Enlist Jango to design and develop economic models within the Juicebox ecosystem.

## Revenue Model

- $BREAD will operate as a Revnet, and will work to build the networks it chooses.
- $BREAD will allocate a 80% boost to breadfruit.eth (multisig) to operate for 2 years, with 28 day generations, a 2.5% entry curve, and a 10% exit curve. The boost should at-least-in-part be distributed to $HG stakers.
- Initial issuance will be 1 $HG to 1 $USD. A premint of 40,000 $BREAD will be distributed to breadfruit.eth for pre-net work.

A KMAC-led attempt to Revnet-pill the Farcaster network which is actively assessing its incentive structure.
