The Resource Person will support DA and other Agencies in: Capturing, consolidating and sense making of learnings on use of technology for accelerating entrepreneurship Updating DA about Janastu activities Developing knowledge and communication products Representation of tasks accomplished in various positioning events as and when requested by the program and also duly inform the program in prior for participating in similar events of significance Reports Update Key Performance indicators which includes personal indicators such as number of workshop and meetings initiated, number of issues and feedback from partners on prototypes, and number of geographies coordinated. --- Ram (remember..he is a backend software developer/architect - so will assist proper API development for Papad needs) I have edited agile and 3rd party away Innovate and practice: To innovate new prototypes for accelerating enterprise development as well as deepen the existing activities and prototypes in the Work4Progress geographies, Resource Person will – facilitate ease of deployment of Papad software to aid in sense making activites as well as management of these support services to the program at the ground level. Amplify: Aiming to accelerate the adoption of inclusive solutions, and social innovation methodology beyond programme geography across India, the Resource Person will – document the backend and APIs for Papad to promote outside groups to develop tools by in geographies across India and beyond. Influence: To position programme at global level, and provide enhanced support to existing and new organisations that are part of the program, the Resource Person will – help generalize the Papad software for larger community need. The Resource Person will lead delivery of following outputs as explained below: Determine the desirability and feasibility of backend technology with Janastu’s discussions with community and W4P DA Network Validate the viability of the backend technology for Papad based on Janastu’s discussion with the community and W4P DA Network To achieve the above objectives, the resource person will accomodate by iteratively developing software to help Janastu and DA’s listening to the needs of the partners Prioritize and address software issues. The Resource Person will support DA and other Agencies in: Help manage the software development process of Papad Attend meetings regarding software development issues related to Papad Customize Papad for partners local context through a practice of listening to the communities and their contextual needs Help with development of operations and maintenance manual for the technology deployed Help Janastu and DA with transference of technology across W4P program geography Reports: Monthly progress report to be shared capturing the following information: Updated Key Performance indicators which includes number of issues resolved, number of APIs documented and features developed for partner local contexts Objectives, assumptions, technical and process driven aspects, Standard Operating Procedure, learning etc.
