- 用 Unix / 若 Windows 用 GitHub Codespaces 或 WSL
- 用 [Poedit](https://poedit.net/) 當 IDE

翻譯流程:
1. fork 專案
2. clone 到 local
3. 發 issue 跟其他人說要翻譯哪個 `.po` 檔以避免重工
4. 用 Poedit 編輯或其他編輯器 (ex:vsCode) 再用 Poedit save `.po` file
5. 注意翻譯有無遵守[翻譯守則](https://github.com/python/python-docs-zh-tw#%E7%BF%BB%E8%AD%AF%E5%AE%88%E5%89%87)
6. `VERSION=3.11 make all` 建立預覽網頁 (先確定cPython有無安裝 `pip install cPython`)
7. 在本地端 CPython clone 底下的 `Doc/build/html` 預覽該 `.po` 檔同名網站
8. 截圖發 PR
