### Cursor Container

For better visibility of the cursor we should have a container for it. Something like this:


What we need:
* An image for the cursor itself.
* An image for the container.
* Another version of the container for when the mouse is clicking. This could be e.g.
* the container expanding shortly and then going back to its normal form.
* the container changing color

### Thumbnails

We need a thumbnail for Youtube. 16:9 ratio.

I would like to explore a thumbnail that is minimalistic. Maybe nearly unicolor. Let's try one of these darker lilas as the main color:


The element we should have in the thumbnail are suction cups. E.g. in a corner. I like the way how you placed suction cups here:



So either go near full unicolor with a way to make the suction cups stand out with another color. Or have a wave-like form in the background, so to get to 2-3 colors that are shades of lila.

We should have a way to display text as well. Maybe something along the white bars here?

## Animations

### Speaker Bubble

I like the idea of showing the speaker in the bottom right corner in a circle like here:


We have the bubbles that Dmitry created for speaker photos of slides:


@Annika: Could you try coming up with a crop form that is this bubble constantly morphing. So like a real bubble would, just some soft motion of the crop form.

It would be great if we can see if this works out if the speaker is put inside it.

### ink! logo appearing

Can you make something like 2-3 different variations of an appearing animation of the ink! logo:

So that we have something more interesting besides just a simple fade-in.

### Background Animation (in 16:9)

I like the idea of having something lively in the background for some parts of the video.

We'll have to see if this would be too much if Lauren is shown as a speaker in the bubble. But I think it's worth exploring.

@Dmitry: Can you create some ideas for lively backgrounds? Could be something like coralls waving in the sea, but also more minimalistic ideas.

@Annika: Can you create some lively background variations from those illustrations?

I think the Lottie animations you did are already quite nice. We can definitely try those. There's quite something going on there though and it would be great to have something a bit more tuned down as an alternative.

### Transition to other video

It would be great if we can get a custom transition to other scenes. So not just a fade effect, but instead something more along our theme.

We need an animation for when the cursor is clicked. Dmitry is creating a variant of the container for that and we should then morph into it.

### Video Sharing

@Annika and @Lauren: Can you talk to Daniel Artamendi (@danielartamendi:matrix.parity.io) about how to best share recorded videos with each other?

I know Daniel well and already talked to him about our YouTube undertaking. He's working on a proper setup for video sharing through the company, but I think it's not yet ready. He might have input though. Not sure if simple Google Drive is the best way.

### Sound

We need to have sounds and melodies. Nothing complex, just some light undertones.

@Lauren: Do you know if there are sound libraries that come with a number of sounds/background music that is coherent with each other? Could you take a look if you find 2-3 options that you think would fit.

### Short: What is consensus?

@Lauren: Could I ask you to write a script for "What is consensus?" that would fit into something like 60 seconds?

Once your happy with it, let's just try the process with Amplify. Can you talk to Lex (@lex:matrix.parity.io) about having Steve from Amplify do a lectorial?

I talked to Lex, she's aware that you'll contact her.

Once you get the script back it would be great if you could record it as you would normally and in front of a greenscreen. So that we have two versions to play with.
