# Consensys Ecosystem Building *Notes based on call between Isaac and Sabeen on October 25* ## Context Consensys intends to foster growth and build relationships influential developers and leaders in the Eth ecosystem. We discussed a few potential experiments, both immediate and near term that we can collaborate on to accomplish this. Logos is a DAO Exchange that educates and onboards newcomers direclty into DAOs and connects them to the perfect group for them to grow. We have direct the best netowrk of both promising newcomers and established leaders and influencers in the DAO space In this doc we summarize some experiments we can run together. ## Cosponsoring a grants DAO with Logos Logos is launching a new grants DAO to support newcomers to the Ethereum ecosystem. Members of Logos learn how to join, start, and find DAOs, and meet other members with similar interests. The new grants DAO provides funding to get started for these new communities and. We are partnering with a few organizations to co-sponsor the grants DAO and Consensys may be a good fit to join. ## Consensys Supports BuidlGuidl One thing Consensys could do to immediately connect with top builders in the space is to fund the BuidlGuidl (https://buidlguidl.com/). The BuidlGuidl provides monthly ETH streams to builders who create open source applications on Ethereum using the Scaffold Eth framework. **Benefit to Consensys** The BuidlGuidl has some of the best new and established app builders in the Ethereum ecosystem. With over 500 devs, this is the perfect network to support to both foster growth in Eth as a whole and also build relationships with devs who can help Consensys with product development ** Benefit to BuidlGuidl** With more funding BuidlGuidl can support even more builders. Consensys could also help enhance Scaffold Eth with new tools from the various products. ## Onboarding Events In Bogota Logos co-sponsored an event organized by the WGMI community with help from Otterspace, Wonderverse, CommonGround and a few others. Newcomers to the crypto space were onboarded to Metamask, received USDC, learned how to use DeFi apps, get NFTs, and join DAOs. Community outreach events like this should continue to be organized and supported by organizations including Consensys to grow the space and build good will.
