3. Improve bot performance by analyzing deflection rate with 5,000 monthly bot conversations.
4. Handle up to 500 chat and email tickets per month when transferring chats to an agent.
5. Increase your agents' productivity with features like canned esponses, and integrate two channels ( website, WhatsApp, mobile app) for customer interactions and a unified inbox for your agents

## 1. Freemium limitations

While Freemium provides businesses with a cost-effective way to access Yellow.ai's conversational AI solutions, it is important to note that this plan comes with certain limitations. Some of the advanced features and functionalities are only available to users who subscribe to Yellow.ai's paid plans. If you need access to any of these features, you will need to upgrade your plan accordingly.

The following features are currently unavailable in the freemium plan. You need to upgrade your yellow.ai account in order to access them.

## 2. Upgrade from Freemium

Yellow.ai provides you with the flexibility to upgrade your account based on their specific business requirements. It is recommended that you carefully evaluate your needs before deciding on the plan that best suits your requirements.

1. Click the **Upgrade** button.


2. Click the **Schedule Now** button to have a 1:1 call with our product consultants who will help you choose a plan that suits your business.


3. Once you click the **Schedule Now** button, a **Calendly** pop-up is displayed, where you can choose your preferred **date**, **time**, and the **time zone**.


4. On the following screen, fill in all the fields and click **Schedule Event**.
