Default card PIN of Student / Staff card
- Student : yyyymmdd
- Staff : ddmm
*For updating the card via the system, click **Allow** pop-up if it automatically blocked by browser. Click **Later** when encounter Java out-of-date issue and then **Run***
* **Firefox** is recommended for using the system
All the HKUST Card take one day to synchonize between account & card, so as the card function

For handing card locked or replacement issue:
• Reset pin/lost : ARO(student), HRO(staff)
• Failure/Card Balance Error : ISO (Tel: 2358 6240, Room 2010, Lift 3)

## MFP Printing
Register new student card to MFP printer :
1. Tap HKUST Card to the card reader on printer
2. Input ITSC Account & Password
3. Click Associate
4. Repeat *Step 1* to start using MPF printer

For printing error issue, send request email to cchelp@ust.hk for refund by
1. Goto https://netprint.ust.hk/admin with your own ITSC Account
2. Goto **Users** and fill in required ITSC
3. Goto **Job Log**, check the units and price by selecting the memo logo
4. Total refund amount counted by *units * amount of next range of carbon count*
5. Send email with user information including *Name, ITSC, SID* with the reason and calculated amount, record the case in log book

Q : How to login? / Who can login?
A : For those who have ITSC account can login barn computer via their account.
Q : How to use the 32” hub monitor?
A : Connect type-c/HDMI cable from monitor directly to your laptop.
