## Requirements
1. MUST use GAE + ScalableServices(Lambda + EC2).
2. MUST offer persistent front-end:
- user can initialise and terminate SS.
3. GAE MUST be used to collect and average risk values.
4. SS MUST be used to calculate risk values.
5. Initialisation:
- user can select between Lambda and EC2 for estimation as S
- user can select a value R as the number of resources to be used in parallel for calucalting risk
- capture the time required for warming up
