# Triple concept 1 ## Logistics and storage island To provide better efficency of work both the harvester and the storage needs to be working in parallel. During unloading of harvested crops the harvester unit is not doing any work which can be a bottleneck. Our solution is to seperate the harvester from the storage part of the boat. A harvester can attach itself to a single empty/new saplings storage unit that is connected to other units in an island. This allows for the harvester unit to drop-off a finished unit and pick up a fresh one with very little delay while a simple tug boat can manage the transportation of the island at the end of the work cycle. :::info ![](https://i.imgur.com/6LMPFoI.png) ::: ## Boat design 4 different ships ### 1. Tug The tug moves multiple storage island at ones. the full ones to the warehouse and the new plants to the farm. ### 2. Storage island On storage island you stack the stuff that needs to go to the islands like crops, young plants, water etcetera ### 3. Harvester The harvester makes short trips to the multiple farms and harvists the crops. Also it puts back the new plants and refill the water if necessery ### 4. Docking island If an island isn't of use it can rest here without floating into to the open see. THe tug can drop the islands here. and the harvester can pick them up ![](https://i.imgur.com/2kxSsha.png) ## Plant Storage The hexagon shapes are efficient and protects the plant as much as possible. ![](https://i.imgur.com/f87Te9s.png) Egg trays are a great example of this ![](https://i.imgur.com/Evj4vhR.png)
