Nearly four fifths of its surface is covered by water, with two major landmasses (bordering on "supercontinent" size). Kalixcis is a very warm planet, with even its poles supporting beautiful, lush foliage for most of the year, and an inhospitable desert around the equator known as the Pale Ring. Kalixcis is considered to have four major polities: the Pan-Gezenan Federation, the Antechannel League, the Zohil Explorat, and the Zale Kingdoms.
