Change Milestone merkle proof root calculation to UTXO id instead of Message id 2. LS should include milestone data: merkle proof, signature, ... 3. LS state diffs should include message_id as well as UTXO id due to wallet needing to know the message that introduce a specific UTXO 4. Executive summary for dust protection (base version) to explain ELI5 to MA and check if the approach is enough 5. Check PoW dust vs sweep cost against current implementation in Hornet 6. Multiple parents support across RFC with fixed count to 2 to avoid overloading client lib, explorer and visualizer teams 7. Resolve all pending comments on all RFCs, creator of PR is responsible for clearing and reviewers to resolve 8. Achieve 3 protocol-team reviews by next week (11th of Jan)
