We are seeking an HR generalist responsible for extending the development team at Sensidev, in accordance with requests from different projects and customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to source candidates based on job descriptions commonly accepted with the decision-making people on the project.

## Your Responsibilities

* Conduct full cycle recruitment
* Prepare custom job offers and handle onboarding for new collaborators
* Handle administration and record-keeping
* Connect with local tech community and participate in tech events to expand your network
* Come up with innovative ideas to increase retention with our existing staff
