  • All IOI staff can request PTO using our internal PTO tracker form in Asana.
    • IOI emplyees via Remote: In addition to IOI's PTO tracker, PTO days also need to be requested from your Remote interface

Administration (internal)

• Add a copy of current resume/CV to Team Drive in Google Workspace.
• Onboarding meeting with Executive Director, Manager, and Operations Specialist & Administrative Support
• Onboarding coffee chats with 2-3 team members and Manager
