Our DMP template questions come from the US-based Center for Open Science: https://help.osf.io/article/144-creating-a-data-management-plan-dmp-document 1. Roles and responsibilities 2. Expected data - Which dataset(s) will be generated in your research? 3. Data publication and retention - How will your dataset(s) be named and referenced? - Who will have access to your dataset(s)? How and when will you share your dataset(s), if applicable? - How will you license your dataset(s)? 4. Data formats and dissemination - Which file formats will be used for each dataset? - What data standards and metadata standards will each dataset follow? 5. Data storage and preservation of access - How will you archive and preserve your dataset(s)? - How will you deal with privacy or confidentiality, if applicable? ## DMP examples IOI submitted a [grant proposal](https://docs.google.com/document/d/17Z5KX1wozzAar-bbAZRXhB9iTzh7YNLtCdq7Yf9kfd4/edit?usp=sharing) in 2023 that included a detailed data management plan (internal access only).
