Welcome to [Invest in Open Infrastructure (IOI)](https://investinopen.org)'s documentation hub. This hub, hosted on HackMD, currently contains the following major sections:
- **Public documentation:** public information on IOI's history, governance, and funding, as well as documentation from some of our past events and research
- **Employee handbook:** essential organizational information and processes for the team's day-to-day referece and for onboarding new members of staff
- **Notes and resources from internal investigations**: our team's notes from exploring various topics relevant for our work, e.g. community building, capacity building
