# Ways of Working

Description: In this session, each group will start defining how they want to work together-- purpose, needs, activities, rules. We will also define what we need from the other groups to do our best work.

Tasks: Prep-work:
1. Review the roles and expectations for each IOI governance group (in the orientation packet).

2. Write a list of questions (if you have any) about what’s expected of you in your role.

Post-work:
1. Review, comment and commit to the needs of the other groups.
