I am a Democracy activist, open source sustainer, co-founder & CEO at Open Collective, a platform that enables communities around the world to raise and spend funds in full transparency. Last year, collectives on her platform raised USD 37M, effectively unlocking access to impact funds around the world. I am also co-founder and Chair of Democracy Earth Foundation, a Y Combinator backed California non profit dedicated to developing technology for democracy around the world. In the past I worked in politics in Argentina as Advisor to the Ministry of Government in the city of Buenos Aires, and in various roles in several electoral campaigns. I then co-founded the Net Party (Partido de la Red) and ran for elections in Buenos Aires, with a novel political party, one that had at the center an open source citizen decision - making platform. I am 2015 Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, and an Institute for the Future Fellow for Good. She is an Advisor to Reset.Tech, Utopia Cities, New Civics and the Billion Second Institute.
