# Opening Session

* Part 1: Welcome to the IOI Strategy Retreat!

* Part 2: Play the Who’s Who Bingo and learn more about who’s in the room.

* Part 3: Reflect on how the past experiences of everyone in the room will shape their contribution to the work we’ll do together. We’ll do this through the lenses of our individual money narratives.

Tasks:

Prep-work:
1. Record an introduction video with your name, location, and answer to the question:

• What does courage mean to you? Tell us a story of a time when you had to be brave. There’s no right or wrong answer; we want to hear your unique perspective! (max 3 min)

1.1. Watch the other participants’ videos.

2. Fill out a form to share fun facts about yourself (to be used in the Who’s Who Bingo).

3. Review the Strategic Goals & Objectives on the Orientation Packet.

After the session
